Seasons in Vermontini
Serves: 1 cocktail
  • ½ oz Vermont Gold Vodka
  • 1 oz pear nectar
  • ½ oz pear brandy (Calvados apple brandy works well too)
  • ½ oz Runamok Sugarmaker’s Cut maple syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Pear slice to garnish
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, pear nectar, brandy, maple syrup and lemon juice.
  3. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with slice of fresh pear.
